Q: Why is Frozen Yogurt healthier than ice cream?
A: Because it's butterfat-free, trans fat-free, low lactose and only half calories of ice cream.
Q: Why kids like it so much?
A: Because it tastes just like a seedless ice cream.
Q: Does the school need a Freezer for the Frozen Yogurts?
A: Absolutely, if you do not have a chest freezer, you can easily get one from us.
Q: At what temperature should I keep the Frozen Yogurts. A: The same as Ice Cream at -18ºC. Q: Would you deliver an order out of schedule? A: If we can do it, of course ! .... delivery fee will apply according to area. Q: Can I pay with debit or credit card?
A: Sorry, we do not have the service because we do not have a retail store.
Q: At what time is the order coming?
A: We deliver many orders and the time to receive your order depends on quantity of orders for the day, route, weather, road and traffic conditions. Your order will arrive for sure but at any time from 9am to 3pm. We guarantee a freezer to freezer service and driver will always make sure order was delivered in good condition. You just have to ask the office satff to tell the driver where the chest freezer is located.
Q: Can I request a special delivery?
A: Yes, fee will depend on time, day and area (from $35 to $75+). You can also pick up and save.
Q: Can request other flavour than the regular ones?
A: Of course, if we have the flavour we will manufacture it. A minimum batch of 720 small cups or 520 large cups will be required. Swirls like Chocolate-Banana, Cherry-Grape or Vanilla-Caramel are yummy.
Q: Should I include extras in my order?
A: Always ... extras will help you run the program better.
Q: Do kids eat Frozen Yogurt in winter time?
A: Kids eat frozen yogurt at anytime despite of weather condition.
Q: How much would they last in my freezer? A: The optimum shelf life of our product is 12 weeks keeping the temperature at -18ºC. Q: How much freezer space do I need for my order?
A: An average of 1 cubic feet for every 50 large cups or 72 small cups. We pack large cups in bags of 20 and small cups in bags of 24, each bag is approx. half a grocery bag. Q: How can I request a donation? A: San Diego feels very strongly about giving back to the community. As part of this commitment, we support in a monthly basis, the Sick Kids Hospital and Plan Canada. Wish we could do more, but we are a small family company with a limited financial capacity which allows us to support only kids in extreme need through organizations like the mentioned above.
